Due to local ordinances, noise complaints will result in reservation cancellation and vacation of the premises. • Check-in time is 3:00 pm. - Checkout time is 10:00 am. • Early check in or late check out may be available upon request, 28 to 48 hours prior. • Minimum age of primary guest is 22 years old, please inquire prior to booking for primary guest of younger age. • Kitchen and waste: Please use the kitchen sink responsibly. Eggshells, dry beans, nuts, coffee grounds, and other hard substances should be put in the trash, not the sink. • Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Easy self check in with digital lock There are eight stairs to enter the apartment at the front and a ground level entrance in the back. Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the apartment, interior courtyard and back patio. Guests may enjoy the alley behind the house, which is on Historical DC's walking tour. It features a speakeasy and 10 murals celebrating DC residents and landmarks, which is perfect for selfies and family pics. Its not uncommon to see a photoshoot or an artist painting in the alley.

Everything was lovely. Clear instructions and things were labeled for easy use. The apartment is very nice and exactly like the pictures. Very modern. We loved it and would definitely stay again

While the apartment has an off street parking space directly behind the house, with a walkability score of 96, this apartment requires no car. DC has many forms of public transport, including the DC Bikeshare, with a station less than five minutes away. There are also a variety of scooter services and Uber costs less than $20 to any part of the city. The apartment is located within a 5 minute walk of two bus stations that will take you directly downtown. Or, the H Street Electric Bus will take you the 1.3 miles to Union Station, where you can pick up the metro as well as the DC Circulator Bus, while has six routes for DC landmarks.
